Chief Talent Officer
Nate joined RegentAtlantic in 2019 as the Firm’s Chief Talent Officer and is a member of the Management Team. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategic programs to ensure that the Firm’s leadership and team of wealth advisors are supported by best practices. Nate has nearly two decades of hands-on business leadership across the financial technology, wealth management, and asset management landscapes. He has helped to build and scale new business lines and led the formation and management of multiple teams. His prior work experience includes tenures at Federated Investors, Prudential Financial, Markov Processes International, and Foresters Financial.
Nate serves on the Board of Damon House, a not-for-profit residential and outpatient rehabilitation program that has been committed to helping individuals and families impacted by substance use and addiction for over 40 years. He and his wife Vanessa live in the community of South Orange, NJ.
