We are honored to announce that we have been named to NJBIZ’s Best Place to Work for the 13th consecutive year.  Our commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture is a foundational principle on which the Firm was built.  We believe that happy employees make for happy clients.  Congratulations to our entire team!

Description

The Best Places to Work in New Jersey awards program recognizes and honors the state’s top employers who show a dedication to their employees’ professional growth and quality of life. The participants must be for-profits, not-for-profits or government entities; publicly or privately held businesses; companies with a facility in New Jersey, companies with 15+ permanent employees working in New Jersey; and companies in business a minimum of one year. This year’s rankings will be announced at an awards ceremony September 2022.

Assessment Description

Best Companies Group uses a two-part survey process to produce a detailed set of data that enables our analysts to determine the strengths and opportunities of the participating organizations. The analysis for making the list is based on the two surveys completed: The Employer Benefits and Policies Questionnaire is worth approximately 25% of the overall score; and The Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey is worth approximately 75% of the overall list score. There are two basic criteria to be consider for the list. The company must first meet or exceed a 40% response rate from the survey population. (If you have less than 25 employees, you must meet a minimum response rate of 80%.); and aminimum 80% Average Positive Response to the employee survey across the 8 core focus areas: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training, Development and Resources, Pay and Benefits, and Overall Engagement. Beyond the two basic criteria, the caliber of the competitors determines who does and does not make the final list. Should the competition be strong, it may take greater than an 80% Average Positive Response to be considered list-worthy because we are limited to naming a finite number of winners. The number of companies who participated was not disclosed.
