We are proud to announce that The Financial Times (FT) recognized RegentAtlantic as one of the top 300 Independent Registered Investment Advisers (RIA) of 2017. This fourth edition of the FT 300 assesses registered investment advisers (RIAs) on desirable traits for investors. RegentAtlantic is one of just seven New Jersey companies selected and one of four that service all four client segments: retail, high net worth, ultra high net worth and institutional.
Criteria for FT 300 selection:
To ensure a list of established companies with substantial expertise, FT examines the database of RIAs registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission and select those that reported to the SEC that the firms had $300m or more in assets under management (AUM). The Financial Times’ methodology is quantifiable and objective. The RIAs had no subjective input. The FT invited qualifying RIA companies — more than 2,000 — to complete a lengthy application that gave the FT more information about the companies. The FT added this information to our own research into their practices, including data from regulatory filings. Some 725 RIA companies applied and less than half made the final FT 300 list.*Important Disclosure Information: The 2017 Financial Times Top 300 Registered Investment Advisors is an independent listing produced by the Financial Times (June, 2017). The FT 300 is based on data gathered from RIA firms, regulatory disclosures, and the FT's research. As identified by the FT, the listing reflected each practice's performance in six primary areas, including assets under management, asset growth, compliance record, years in existence, credentials and accessibility. Neither the RIA firms nor their employees pay a fee to The Financial Times in exchange for inclusion in the FT 300. Please note that this is not an indication of any client’s experience with RegentAtlantic. Nor is this an indication of RegentAtlantic’s future performance.
