Lisa Yancey, Strategic Organizational Development Consultant, Yancey Consulting Lisa works with practitioners, nonprofit organizations, philanthropists, and philanthropic institutions committed to dismantling inequities, enriching marginalized communities, building leadership, and amplifying diverse perspectives. Lisa's business provides strategic and tactical solutions in areas of board development, strategic planning, revenue generation, capacity assessments, marketing & communications, succession planning, and evaluation/metrics.
Tim Cynova, Chief Operating Officer, Fractured Atlas Tim Cynova is Fractured Atlas's Chief Operating Officer and oversees the organization's Finance, Operations, and People functions. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a trained mediator, and publishes frequently about Strategic HR on Medium and How We Work. Tim serves on the faculty of Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity and of The New School with courses exploring building innovative teams - with a sense of shared purpose - where people can do their best work and thrive.
The symposium will offer hands-on experience and participants will leave with practical information to apply to their own organizations.
