Downloading the mobile application

Go to the app store on your mobile phone and search for: RegentAtlantic Client Portal

This mobile app can be found in the Play Store or App Store depending on the device that you have.

  1. Click Install to begin the installation process.
  2. Click Open to begin the login process.

Logging in for the first time (Android or Samsung)

Open the downloaded app on your mobile phone. You will use your email address and password – the same ones you use to login to the RegentAtlantic Portal on your desktop computer.

Click SIGN IN once you have the login details entered. (Red Arrow)

  1. You may choose to have the app remember your login details, so you do not need to enter your email and password each time.
  2. For an extra layer of security, it is recommended to choose “Use Fingerprint” when logging in. Depending on what security features are available on your phone, other options may appear such as Face Recognition. (Please Note: Older Android or Samsung models may not have Fingerprint or Face Recognition as security options.)

Logging in for the first time (iOS)

Open the downloaded app on your mobile phone or iPad. You will use your email address and password – the same ones you use to login to the RegentAtlantic Portal on your desktop computer.

Click SIGN IN once you have the login details entered. (Red Arrow)

  1. You may choose to have the app remember your login details, so you do not need to enter your email and password each time.
  2. For an extra layer of security, it is recommended to “Enable Face ID” when logging in. (Please Note: The security features differ based on the age of the iPhone or iPad. For example, some models use Fingerprint identification.)

Logging in for the first time

Once you click SIGN IN you will be taken to the next page to answer a security question. Input an appropriate answer, then click VERIFY to proceed to the app home page. (Red Arrow)

  1. By checking Remember this device you will not be required to answer a security question each time you login.
  2. You may click Return to Login should you wish to exit the login process. You will be returned to the login page.
Logging In For The First Time

You can only be logged in to the mobile app or the RegentAtlantic Portal on your desktop at one time. You will be logged out of either if you attempt to log in to both at the same time. This is an added security feature to safeguard your accounts.

The first page you will see when logging in are the Four Tiles.

  1. Portfolio Value
  2. Portfolio Performance
  3. Investment Gain
  4. Incoming Summary

Within each tile are different viewing options to select such as Inception to Date and Year to Date.

Security feature

There are three categories for filtering the Accounts and the Portfolios within the RegentAtlantic Portal. (Moving from the left icon to the right)

  1. Recently Viewed: This category will list the accounts and Portfolios that were recently viewed.
  2. Groups: This category will list the Portfolios only.
  3. Accounts: This category will list accounts only.

What you see using the tabs available to you in the mobile app will be based upon what Account or Portfolio you have selected. Note: The view(s) can be changed at anytime when navigating each tab.

Account summary

Account Summary: Shows the total value of the current Account or Portfolio selected.

To switch between accounts, click the account displayed (Red Circle) and you will have the ability to choose between individual Accounts and the Portfolio at any time when navigating the tabs.

Performance Summary: Shows Inception to Date Performance and Historical Performance.

Each Asset Class can be viewed at the bottom of the screen. To see holdings, the Asset Classes can be expanded by clicking on the toggle (lower Red Circle). For each Asset Class you can also see Net Returns based upon Last Market Close Value, Inception to Date Net Return, and Year to Date Net Return.

Sliding left or right within each tab allows one to see more of the data. Tapping on the charts will also display more information.

To expand the charts and view a larger image, just click the arrows located above the chart (upper Red Circle).

Performance detail

Asset Allocation: Shows the Asset Allocation, as well as the current dollar values within each Asset Class and current percentages within each Asset Class.

By switching between the accounts and the Portfolio as a whole, you will see how each account is invested per their allocation.

To view the specific allocation, switch to the Portfolio at the top of the page, and slide across the bottom columns until you find their allocation(s).

Holdings

Holdings: This part of the Dashboard lists Holdings, which can be expanded by Asset Class. It contains useful information such as: Quantity (shares), Price, Value, Cost Basis, Unrealized Gain/Loss, and Weight for each holding listed.

You can access different areas of the RegentAtlantic Portal through the sidebar Menu.

  1. Dashboard
    • This goes back to the main page.
  2. Reports
    • Asset Allocation
    • Holdings
    • Transactions
    • Account Performance
  3. Documents
    • Quarterly Reports
    • Documents Posted to the Portal by RegentAtlantic or the client.
  4. Service Team
    • Lists everyone on the Service Team.
  5. Announcements
    • Announcements from Marketing that are pushed out to clients.
  6. Sign Out
    • Logs out of the mobile app.

Transactions

Transactions: You may view the transactions for either their Portfolio as a whole or by each Individual account.

To switch between accounts, use the dropdown caret on the right-hand side (Red Oval) to select one of the individual accounts or the Portfolio.

Service team

Service Team: You may view everyone on the Service Team. The listing will include a photo, email address, and contact telephone number.

For more information, you may use the caret on the right to expand the contact information for each team member. (Red Circle). Tapping on the email or phone number will initiate either an email message or a phone call to the Service Team member.

Documents

Documents: Quarterly Reports can be viewed using this tab, as can any other documents that have been posted to the Portal (either by the client or by RegentAtlantic).

Please Note: Documents can’t be uploaded through the mobile app. A desktop or a laptop computer is still needed to post documents to the RegentAtlantic Portal.

To search for specific documents:

  1. Type into the Search Documents bar at the top, or
  2. Use the Filter button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen (if the documents have filter labels).
  3. Documents can also be sorted by date or by name using the sort selection button.

Password reset

Password Reset: To reset your password, click the Recover it here. link on the main login page. You will receive an email notification to the email on file to reset your password. (Red Oval)
