The RegentAtlantic New Jersey Wealth Index (RANJWI) is a proprietary index that measures the health of the wealth in New Jersey. The index looks at the rates of change over the past five years of four economic factors that influence wealth in the state. RegentAtlantic developed the index which is based on four major components: Employment, Home Values, Personal Income, and Stock Performance. Each component can range in value from 0 to 25, and the index is calculated as the sum of all four components. Any reading above 50 indicates that the State has experienced an above average environment for wealth creation by its residents. Any reading below 50 indicates that the State has experienced a below average environment for wealth creation by its residents. It is calculated and reported on a quarterly basis.RANJWI is Comprised of Four Scores: Employment, Housing, Personal Income, and New Jersey Stock Performance.
